If you are tired of date night consisting of dinner and a movie, check out Georgetown’s Blues Alley.  The nation’s oldest jazz supper club, it boasts a rich history of artists, including  Dizzy Gillespie, Sarah Vaughan, Nancy Wilson, and Grover Washington, all of whom have played Blues Alley. Serving up creole cuisine on candlelit tables along with a generous helping of  jazz, a dash of R&B, and a little soul, it is a great place to go for a unique night out.  For jazz aficionados planning a wedding, Blues Alley can accommodate up to 125 for dinner and a show…a neat place for a rehearsal dinner!
